HEARING ONLY IN ONE EAR? Follow Troubleshoot Steps Below :-

If you are able to hear audio in just one earbud at a time. Your earbuds might be in mono mode.

You can switch your Active Earbuds to stereo mode by doing following steps:

1.Take both earbuds out of the charging case at the same time and long press the button on both earbuds to power off.

2.Again Long Press each of these buds for around 12 seconds (the earbuds will be powered on and again powered off during the 12 seconds long press). Please do not leave the button until the earbuds are again powered off.

3.Put back both earbuds to the charging case and wait for 20-30 Seconds.

4.Take out both earbuds from the charging case. Both earbuds will now sync and can be paired with your Bluetooth device.
